   Great service. Leila introduced herself and did a great job with taking our order and the staff served us well. Area was quiet and we were not rushed at all. Had the filet panini which was on pizza dough. Different but good and done well Only observation is that for a handicapped person who was with me had difficulty getting up front sidewalk area. Needs a slope in front to drop off those people

   Awesome!! The bar is fun with excellent cocktails! The food is fantastic. The facility is gorgeous.

   Was good but was expecting a lot better from all the hype. Not easy getting a last minute reservation. Will try one more time.

   Food was fantastic! We had a 5:30 reservation and got seated at 6:20 so that wasn’t great. Hostess said she would send the manager over or let him know the issue to get a drink or app taken off the bill. No modifications were made on the bill. Modification: The event operations manager reached out and definitely rectified the situation. 100% recommend Mercato!

   It was our first time here and we enjoyed the food. We were early and they seated us right away. We sat on the upper level and it wasn’t noisy even though it was crowded. The drinks and food was delicious. The entrees were large and enough for two. Two cocktails, two appetizers, two entrees and one glass of wine came to $145 without tip.

   Everything was wonderful and exactly what you would expect from a new restaurant in Shelton. Very exciting and a lot of noise. My one issue is that we had a reservation for 9:15 and wasn’t sat until almost 9:45. But the food, the drink, and the service made up for it! Will was great!

   I brought my Girlfriend here for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. When I made the reservation I thought the photos online must be edited or something but no, the place actually does look like a Pinterest board inside. The service was so fast, it was really impressive. The food was insanely good, I have never had a better cheesecake in my life. Overall amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back.

   Called day before to request larger table for party of 6. They said no problem. Sat 6 adults at a booth that can hardly accommodate 6 adults. Very uncomfortable for all. Two of us ordered “branzino” overcooked very small thin with skin on. We sent both back. It never should have come out of the kitchen! Replaced with salmon dish was fine. Waitperson was great (Meagan). Desserts average. Mercato is overrated. Basically a large noisy pub. Not in any hurry to return. Front of house needs to learn problem solving. Nice young girls but obviously inexperienced with reservations, etc.

    Almost perfect! I did not get my drink that I ordered. Half way through my dinner I cancelled my drink order. Food ambience and server were amazing. My son had his meal before my husband and I. We received our meal maybe 30 minutes after.
