Our talented kitchen team turn the very best of fresh, seasonal ingredients into the most delicious seasonal-inspired country cuisine.

Enjoy breakfast or a long lunch by the fire or on one of our decks. Select from an extensive range of local wines as well as local beers and cider.

With the exception of events & our food truck, our bistro is not open for dinner.

    always a favorite, and did not disappoint this visit. Food out of this world, top notch service, and a beautiful setting - I can never say enough good things about the Merricks country store, definitely a stop that should be on everyone’s itinerary!!

    We've been here before, but what sets this apart from our previous visits was the lovely man who served our table. Excellent service! Shame I didn't get his name, as he definitely deserves a mention. The food and the wine were fantastic too!

    Fabulous country feel with a tribute to local produce, the bakery items look too gorgeous to eat. The breakfast was truly outstanding. Great beverage options and the coffee tasted deliciously Italian. I would drive a long way to go back here!
