Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    Join us for Valentine's Day dinner at Merriman's Maui! We are offering a 3 course prix fixe menu at $150 per person. All of our tables offer stunning ocean views. Tables will be seated from front to back, so we recommend booking our 4pm seating if your table location is very important to you. Location requests cannot be guaranteed. We will hold a table for you for 15 minutes past the reservation time. We ask that you limit your experience with us to 2 hours as a courtesy to the people waiting to be seated. If your plans should change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will incur a $150 no show fee.

      The food and service were great. The food was on the higher side for the amount but the quality was quite good. The drinks of course were awesome, especially the Merriman’s Mai Tai. The view is incredible! The noise was a bit loud but the time we went to dinner was from 4-6 pm which is prime dinner service.

      The noodle appetizer was a home run, but we thought the Ahi was simply bad. When the main course is bad, it's not worth going even if the rest of the experience is very good. The service was outstanding.

      Another wonderful experience at Merriman’s. Beautiful secluded setting overlooking the water. Excellent food and flavors. Professional, friendly service. Perhaps more slick and not as as the original Hawaii location, but I would still choose this place over Mama’s.
