   This was our third time visiting Michael Mina's, and it continues to be great! The food on the tasting menu was exquisite, the service outstanding, and the wine pairings were all great. Special thinks to the sommelier for his insight on the pairings. We highly recommend this restaurant. Note that the cost is extremely high, but this is one of the best restaurants in the Country.

   Michael Mina in Las Vegas is a wonderful treat. It's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is caring and careful as we had someone in our group with severe allergies. Care was taken to make sure she did not get any food that would cause harm. The sommelier spent a fair amount of time helping me to find a wine that I would really enjoy. Someone is watching tables all the time so there are no long delays between courses. We had a great table for people watching and chatting between ourselves. This was not my first visit to Michael Mina but the last time I was there was about 12 or 13 years ago. The chef sends out an amuse bouche to tease your palate. I had the tuna tartare which was delicious. My sister had a salad which was also good. We both had a salmon main which was cooked to perfection. Perfectly moist with a soy glaze. Aside from this meal, I returned the next night because I was eating alone. No reservation. I asked if I could sit and eat at the bar. The staff in the front was kind and welcoming. The staff that had served us the night before came over and thanked me for returning. The sommelier helped me with the same wine. The manager came over and thanked me for coming back. All very gracious, kind and professional. Personally, I was surprised that they remembered or cared. It's Vegas after all with thousands every day wandering through. And they took great care of me that evening. The bartender was always there with whatever I needed. The gnocchi dish I had was wonderful. So, I will be back the next time I get to Las Vegas which I hope is not 12 or 13 years from now but sooner.

   We've always loved dining at Michael Mina's during our Las Vegas trips, but the cost has climbed so high that we're considering other options. Spending over $500 for two people just doesn't feel worth it anymore.

   The service and ambiance here are outstanding. We stayed at the Bellagio, and our meal here was the last dinner before we departed, as such we wanted it to be a nice meal, and it truly was! Starting with a table side preparation of the Tuna Tartare appetizer, with pine nuts, a special chile-spice, seasoning and olive oilo. It was delicious. Next we enjoyed a tableside prepared, whole branzino, split for us to share. This dish was prepared 'Mediterranean-style, with roasted tomatoes, olives over white beans. Super flavorful and moist. The wine and cocktails were also wonderful Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable meal; with an excellent and attentive staff!

   Absolutely loved all the dishes we ordered. The food was excellent and tasted very fresh. The service was fantastic and it felt like everyone was on top of it. We would definitely return to this restaurant!

    You can reach the restaurant through the Conservatory at the Bellagio. While inside the restaurant the scent of the flowers floats into the restaurant and surrounds you at your table. I was there with three of my friends and they all had something different and enjoyed everything they ate. The service was impeccable. Our server was Geronimo and he greeted me by name. Both the front desk and Geronimo asked us if we had food allergies. Geronimo also wanted to know if we had any time constraints, which we did since we were going to a concert after dinner. We had delicious appetizers and dinners. We ate our meals out while we were in Las Vegas and my friends have all commented that the meal we had at Michael Mina was the best one they had had.
