Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Penang, Malaysia is an eclectic melting pot of various food styles, with influences from Indonesia, Thailand, India and China, dishes such as soup ramen and stone-baked donburi are two great examples of the depth in flavour, which can be created when different styles come together.

Another great visit to Michael’s Wans wok Inn, new menu this time and sampled most of the small bites and sushi selection all of which was delicious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic meal - the food was amazing, great service and nice atmosphere. We particularly loved our daffodils for Mothers Day too.

We visit Blackpool each year in March and for the last 3 years we have dined at this restaurant. Everything about the restaurant is amazing .. food, service, staff, vibe, atmosphere etc etc you can not fault it . We’ll be back next year
