   First impressions matter and ours was awful. We had a reservation for 7.30 but were 1 hour early. The restaurant was half empty but the lady at the entrance said we had to wait the full hour for our table. We decided to leave and then come back but then I tried to change the reservation online and was able to change it to 6.45 pm. When we told the lady she was clearly annoyed, not happy at all. Couldn’t she have accommodated the change directly? We didn’t complain, though. We asked whether we could stay outside because it was FREEZING inside. As the lady was not very happy with us, she said there were no tables available outside. No surprise. This lady was not there to help or accommodate any requests. Food was good, albeit pricey. The lady that helped us at the table was very nice, though. I usually give good reviews to restaurants. The lady at the counter and the temperature in the room made this first night in Miami not that great.

   Wait time is super long even if you have the Reservation at lest ready for 30 Min + reservation time . but over all good food and good services .

   Music is very lively and energetic. Some foods were great and some were salty. Service very pleasant. Great experience!

   Très bel endroit, décoration soignée et très belle ambiance. On s’y sent bien. Les plats sont délicieux, bien au delà de ce que l’on attendait. Parmi les meilleurs restaurants de Miami, sans aucun doute. Et les prix sont finalement très raisonnables pour une si belle soirée !!! On y retournera, c’est sûr!

   Great food, service, and atmosphere. However, be prepared to sit 30 min after your reservation time, and pay extra for fancy car valet.

    We were meeting our friends from Miami while visiting from New York for dinner. Or all well dressed. I made reservation specifically in the restaurant while they tried to sit by the door in the lounge. I had to go back and speak to the hostess to be moved to the restaurant. We were a party of six. We go out with a lot in New York and Miami. A party of 2 to 3 usually has a two hour time limit, but a larger party usually longer A party of six usually has at least 2 1/2 hour timeslot not two hours. We felt rushed. We were told several times that we have a two hour slot to finish our dinner. I think it’s inappropriate and poor Taste. Dinner out with Frances is supposed to be enjoyable experience and there are plenty choices in Miami to do so. This apparently is not one.
