   This restaurant needs cleaning help it’s the second time we’ve gone to the Markham location and the floor is filthy especially around the bar lots of garbage on the floor.

   Food was OK. Half the table got their food, the other half didn't get theirs until 20 minutes later so half the table was eating at different times. The sauce on my steak was congealed and cold. It was like they fogot to bring our food out or something. Then the waitress told us they needed us to hurry up because they needed our table.

   The restaurant was very busy and so the service was too slow. Not the server’s fault. It was Mother’s Day and the tables were all booked by reso. No excuses not to have the staff they needed. Still, good value and good food. Reasonably priced for 7 ppl at $300. Will be back!

   I don’t know if it is the restaurant or OpenTable but my reservation was changed in time and, instead of 5 people, it said 10. I couldn’t Modify and too challenging to call (no one could take time on the phone). Really disrupted our plans as we didn’t go as we no longer knew about the reservation. Disappointing.

   We made a reservation for an early Mother’s Day dinner with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. Initially, they were turning away guests without reservations, which was understandable. However, once seated, the service was absolutely abysmal. No one came to take our order until I had to flag someone down, and even then, the server seemed completely uninterested. It took her 10 minutes just to bring us a glass of water, and another 15 minutes to bring our drinks. After waiting 45 minutes, one of our appetizers finally arrived—cold. We returned it and were told they’d make a fresh one, but an hour later, we still had no appetizers or entrees. When I questioned the server again, she dismissed it by saying the kitchen was busy, yet other tables that arrived after us were already enjoying their meals. The entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing for what was supposed to be a special evening. Adding to the misery, the men’s bathroom was filthy with dirty towels scattered around—clearly a health and safety issue. We left without food! This was by far one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We will never come back here and highly recommend avoiding this place. They’ve truly lost it as an establishment.

   Food quality is bad and taste bad. Not enough people to serve. Dirty messy place. $57+ steak coming with take out plastic container of sauce on the plate.

   Was unfortunate from three moment we arrived- hostess took a while to even come acknowledge us despite it being a quiet evening. No one informed the server we were there so I had to flag someone down after 10 min of waiting. The server apologized and was super friendly- so good on her. But the food took forever to come out and then was sub-standard. Without going into all the details it wasn't good and it was overrl priced for the experience-. Waitress did offer my son a free dessert and an appetizer to come again- but really not sure I'd chance it. Restaurants are too expensive today to pay for bad food and not great service. Started off bad- she tried to fix it and was good at the attempt to recover, however the overall experience was underwhelming.

    Service was good but food was not. Ordered filet mignon cooked medium. It arrived cooked rare. After being sent back, it returned well done and chewy. Vegetables were barely cooked, almost raw. The filet appeared to be smaller than 7 oz. Too many mashed potatoes. No bernaise sauce. I included the fact that it was a wedding anniversary in the reservation but no mention was made about it. That's fine but why ask if you're not going to acknowledge the fact. Won't be back.
