   Food is inventive and fresh. The sockeye salmon was amazing and the watermelon salad delicious. The mini desserts are a great concept and perfect for sampling a few.

   Food overall was good. Portions were relatively small, particularly with respect to the more expensive fish. Service was slow.

   The food was perfectly seasoned, tender meat, and full of bursts of flavor. I cannot wait to go back. I order the roasted half chicken with mushroom risotto, crispy smashed potatoes, and maple Panna cottage. I would order it all in a heartbeat again.

   The food was wonderful overall. My only thing is that I wish the tempura vegetables had more of the other vegetables versus the onions. Seemed to have more onions than anything else. The server was attentive & answered all our questions.

   We didn’t actually get to the food before we gave up and left. Our server had either too many tables or distractions. I ordered edamame and a Pineapple Express (martini). The drink was delicious and gone before he ever stopped by to see if we wanted to order dinner. We called out to him when he walked by that we wanted to order, but he kept going, helped and bussed several other tables. We got up to leave and he said our edamame would be out soon. We said we no longer wanted it and wanted to settle up. He charged us for our two drinks and the edamame, we gave him a $5 tip, and left for a different restaurant. As we were leaving, the bartender said come back again soon. Probably not. By the way it was not busy but possibly understaffed.
