   We stay at the NEd regularly and are familiar with their restaurants however we ate dinner on good Friday and ordered Plaice which we asked to be de-boned. It arrived whole for which the waitress took it back - when it came back to the table it looked like a tin of cat food for which the waitress poured the (now cold) sauce over it -- we didnt want the sauce we simply wanted a filleted plaice. Jersey royals were rock hard and we returned these. Overall experience was ok and our waitress was great -- unfotunately they are not a seafood restuarant and dont have the capacity to serve fish as you would expect (the standard fish and chips pub style looked great and we should have just opted for that) Moral of the story -- stick to pub grub in Millies if you are going there don't attempt the specials which at £37 without sides was pretty pricey - and not eaten

   We had an enjoyable visit to Millie's for a colleague's birthday. The food was good and service was excellent. I was particularly impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the waiting staff were regarding dietary requirements, advising which dishes didn't contain particular allergens and which dishes could be amended slightly to ensure specific allergens were removed. The noise level in the restaurant was pleasant. Would return.

   Cannot complain about the food or the venue But the service was poor as to say they totally forgot our order . After an hour they got our order . The manager could have at least had the decency to come and apologies , but he didn’t !!!

   Not as attentive as other London afternoon teas. Tea was cold. No refills and waited quite a long time for the tea to come - quite a bit after the food. Tables quite close together so you can hear everything the people on the table next to you are saying.

   A really disappointing experience. Menu on website was not menu offered and they did not accommodate allergy requirements of the party

   Food was excellent service poor took an age to clear table after main meal and the when it was cleared wiped table down with damp cloth which is not pleasant

    We went here for afternoon tea and the atmosphere is very nice and pleasant however we notice a bit of a difference in service between us and the surrounding tables, we (Hispanic group) found the waiters doing their best to ignore and avoid us while the surrounding tables (which were Caucasian) to have excellent service. I think this is unacceptable especially at a location like this most would expect superb service however we were left disappointed.
