First visit here, and we had a wonderful dinner! We were seated in a comfortable booth, exactly as I requested. We were unfamiliar with Greek wines, and our server was so kind to let our table of four taste the wines before we ordered our wine. Great selection of traditional Greek cuisine and satisfying portions! From the appetizers to the grilled whole fish, lamb souvlaki, and lamb chops, food was excellent! Everyone is friendly and we felt welcomed here. We will definitely return here!

Dinner was enjoyable, will definitely come back. Already told a few friends about Milos. The only concerns that I had was the ventilation. Due to how they serve the ribeye steaks on a hot iron, the steam and smoke fills the whole dining area. Because of that, the marble floor is a bit slipper, too. Just be mindful not to wear anything fancy. It’s a neighborhood restaurant, casual attire would be suitable. Other than that, it was excellent.

The tables were very crowded and the noise level was off the charts - no chance to speak with anyone not next to you, and with them you still had to yell. Unfortunate given that the food was good.

Took my date out for his bday and we had such a good meal. Service was awesome and food was extremely fresh. Def goin back! Date had the steak and I had fish - deelish.

Another great meal and good time at Milos Meze! Service and food all top notch as before, even on a busy Friday night. Tried a couple new (to us) dishes as well as some favorites, and all were very good. But I have to amend my earlier reviews of several months ago...the noise has crept up to more typical SF high energy levels. Maybe as the place becomes more popular that's inevitable, but maybe it's just San Franciscans. Who really needs to shout across the table at their dining partners, 3 feet away? All talking at the same time? I'd be shocked to see this kind of behavior at Kokkari, but who knows, maybe it's headed there too. I admit to being an older codger who dislikes really noisy bars and restaurants, but look at it this way...these younger folks doing the yelling have better hearing than me...so you'd think they wouldn't need to shout at their guests, and that if they do, it would bother me less. But that isn't how its playing out. It won't keep me from coming back for the food and gracious service, but I'll stick to Sunday through Thursday lol. And it could be worse, I could live in Manhattan ;)
