I had the lunch set with salmon and my husband had the lunch set with beef sukiyaki. Both of us are happy with the food and presentation.

We had a great experience for a Friday Eve dineout! Ordered the minami role, chicken karage and O-toro. Cocktails were amazing too!

This was our first time to Minami, and we were rushed for timing before getting to the TSO. The food was fantastic, and our service was excellent. Thanks for a great dinner!

The only negative was it was quite noisy and I had some trouble hearing my dinner guest.

Simply exquisite on all counts. Some of the best sushi we’ve had outside of Japan. Our first visit and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We came to Minami after being highly recommended by several Toronto locals. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. From meeting our host for our reservation to our waitstaff, everyone was kind and friendly. The ambiance was warm and cozy even with larger groups nearby. We felt like we could have a normal conversation. The food was spectacular. Each dish was unique. We particularly liked the Salmon Oshi, Sweet shrimp Nigiri, Otoro Nigiri, Wagyu Carpaccio, Sous vide duck breast, premium 5 piece nigiri (pretty much 80% of what we ordered) We also loved their seasonal drinks! This is a place I would recommend to people visiting Toronto. I would definitely return myself.
