   The food and service exceeded our expectations! The oysters and lobster were especially delicious and definitely order the bread rolls. Prices very fair for what you get - I will definitely be back many times :)

   I’m blown away, as a Filipino who has never gone home for three years I am tremendously elevated to memories that remind me of the food. For instance the sinigang, reminded of the classic “Linagpang” where a fish is charred and dumped in a stew with a souring agent such as the “batuan” accompanied all the aromatics, I was suprised it wasn’t the typical sinigang in a sachet we were used to. I closed my eyes and savoured the salmon which was rich and succulent. I thought people were crazy describing life events when consuming food but I am one, I remember the times my father would serve us that simple linagpang and we would slurp the soup accompanied with rice. I was teary, life is so simple but grand if we savour it with good food. Very Nostalgic for me on my birthday. Thanks to all the team of Mineral ! It was my first time and will definitely come back for another experience. For a sensible person like me who appreciates effort and quality this restaurant should be lifted to the masses. Overall a 5 for me. I’m full like a toad. Chef complimented us with 2 bbq chicken which I asked to take away since I was so full. Kudos guys!

    When I say that this chef is not making traditional filipino food, it is the highest compliment. Somehow, someway they have elevated filipino staples to heights that I have never seen. The Salmon Sinigang was perfectly medium, the broth was absolutely perfect. The right touch of sour, that delighted and soaked into the rice like when you were under the weather as a kid. The Short Rib Kare Kare was deconstructed but that lends to the elegance that is achieved with their plating is. A feast for eyes and appetites. The prawns are a great way to start. We had cocktails that screamed filipino culture. The Calamansi Papi was tart but perfectly balanced. The Halo Halo on the other side, while the original is a dessert, can be drunk at any point. I was in tears multiple times throughout the night, and so was my Dad. It was just the icing on the cake after going to Top 50 and Michelin all week. They will only get busier and harder to grab a seat at their bar.
