A Chef Chris Kajioka restaurant that debuted in 2020 in partnership with San Francisco-based chef, Mourad Lahlou, called Miro Kaimuki.

The restaurant is located in the space which formerly housed Honolulu's venerable Café Miro for 23 years. Similar to its predecessor, Miro Kaimuki features a French-inspired menu punctuated with Japanese flavors and techniques. The restaurant is a reunion for chefs Kajioka and Lahlou who first worked together at San Francisco's Aziza and Mourad.

    Multiple dates available
    7-course prix fixe menu available Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are required for the dining room. Parking is located behind the restaurant on 9th Ave. If full, street parking is available. If you are running late, please call the restaurant. We will hold your table for 15 minutes before the cancellation fee applies. For parties of 1-3, we allow for up to 2 hours for dinner; for parties of four or more 2.5 hours. Please contact us at info@mirokaimuki.com for reservation inquiries for parties of 7 or more. A 20% gratuity may added for parties of 5 or more. Reservations are available 30 days in advance. Cancellation Policy: $50 per person if cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation

    This is definitely a place for a special occasion with the restaurant only serving the prix fixe plus add one and pairings. All of the courses shone, with it being difficult to chose a favorite, but the uni and black cod might be the standouts. The wine pairings were unique and good

    Holy happy mouth and happy belly! Did not disappoint- had been wanting to visit for the past 3 years and finally made it happen. From the incredible flavors of the food and stellar cocktails to the true care you can see in each of the staff- best dinner experience I’ve had in a very very very very long time. Extra mahaloz to the bar staff- we even got to enjoy an off menu cocktail and were blown away. Recommend everyone who comes to get those extras when offered- was in heaven with the wagyu combined with our bourbon drinks 🤤

    Another absolutely fabulous meal. We dined here in 2021 and I have been dreaming about coming back just to try it again. Thankfully it was just as spectacular as the first time. Greatly warmly by the host- seated promptly and then had a stunning 6 course meal- I chose the premium wine pairings- and that was a great call- the Barolo was exceptional! Staff was attentive but not overly fussy- the food as delicious as it was beautiful! Pairings were perfect. Pacing was good- we could have gone even slower- but were almost the last one in the restaurant 🤣 . Wine pours were generous. And each course was so tasty that you wanted just one more bite! Which I consider the perfect size. The short rib was absolutely the best thing we have ever eaten- but it just one highlight of the meal. The only other time we have dined so well and so perfectly was at French Laundry in Napa. Kudos to the chef and team for being amazing- and so kind for not allowing my allium allergy to ruin my experience- it is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

    Took my other half here for our anniversary and he loved it! We loved all of our courses and enjoyed everything. We wish there were more supplements to add on but we were pretty full by the end. They took care of multiple things and helped us felt special. Server was amazing and service was exceptional as his team was working together to take care of us. We loved everything but wish there were more supplements. We love to eat. But definitely coming back.

    We go to this place whenever we’re in Honolulu. Very sophisticated cooking, good wine pairing, and professional service. Standout courses were the snacks; the risotto with truffles and Parmesan foam; and the sea bass with uni foam. The additional course of uni, caviar, and tuna on brioches was unctuous and enough to share between two people. Because each course was very rich, one definitely leaves full.
