    Excellent meal. Jeremiah turned our evening right side up by accommodating us even though there was no "Easter pre-set dinner menu". We had wonderful service and a delicious meal! The main courses of Halibut and veal chop were excellent! Can't wait to return to enjoy our favorites. And, the cheesecake and panna-cotta were mouth-watering. Thank you!

    We’ve been looking for that special place to go for date nights, holidays, and special occasions in Dallas. We found just that at Mr Charles. The culinary depth in each dish, friendly and impeccable service, and elegant ambiance was exquisite! We’ll be back and appreciate the care in so many details Mr .Charles staff invested n our experience.

    The service here is phenomenal, THE best! We are consistently treated so well here, the staff really go above and beyond to turn every evening with them into a special occasion. The food is worth every penny, the atmosphere is beautiful. This is my husband & I's absolute favorite restaurant. We've been several times & will certainly be back several more! ❤️

    Worst service of any Duro restaurant. I've never cringed while leaving a tip at any restaurant until last night. Also nothing on the menu was outstanding enough to make me want to come back. The restaurant is pretty, but I'd rather have good food and good service.

    Everything was great! The ambiance, the service and the food were excellent. I was a bit chilled with the dress I wore, and they provided a pashmina to keep me warm. Additionally, they provided a purse stand so I did not have to put mine on the ground. Our Server was very knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions for drinks and food. My husband and I went for our Anniversary, and they provided complementary strawberry rhubarb sorbet. It was quite pricey, but worth the special occasion splurge! Thank you!
