   We had a wonderful experience celebrating my deceased mom’s birthday. The food, service and ambience were great. Most amazing of all was a Happy Birthday card we were shocked to receive from our waitress, Deanna. We were all so touched! Definitely will be back and will request Deanna for sure!

   My family loves Mitchell’s because the atmosphere is pleasant (large dining are so when we go early it’s not packed or loud) , they are able to accommodate gluten allergy, and they have something for the adults and kids on the menu.

   This visit was perfect. The Caesar salads are the coldest and the best in the entire area. The fish sandwich was a surprisingly good meal that we have not tried before. The butternut squash soup was very flavorful. Service was impeccable and the visit was fun.

   Our waiter time was very unattractive which is surprising because we had a 215 lunch appointment with a table of nine. At the beginning, he never asked if he wanted any beverages, we had to let him know that we wanted beverages. He took our beverage order and disappeared for 20 minutes. There were hardly any other patrons in the restaurant so I don’t know if if he was back by the bar visiting or visiting with other Waite staff in the kitchen area. They certainly wasn’t serving us. I ordered twin lobster tails and he didn’t bring the butter, I requested butter and he disappeared for another 15 minutes by then my entire meal was cold. Never got refills for our beverages and Even upon looking to pay the bill. He disappeared for over 10 minutes and I guess we’re waiting to leave and they had to leave Before I could because I still have to pay the bill probably one of the worst server experiences I have had in sometime. Members of my team go there on an almost weekly basis. In fact we have lunch reservations for this coming Thursday and I spoke to the manager to make sure we do not get Tom as our waiter on Thursday

    There was nobody in the restaurant. There is only three tables that had people at it. They messed up two of the three orders on our table one they didn’t even bring the food out right the other one they totally messed up and brought the wrong thing then they said they were going to make it and it was over a half hour for a small little steak that was wrapped in bacon. The manager says can’t rush a steak. The steak was both the size of a half dollar that doesn’t take a half hour to cook other than that they did take money off, which was nice but the experience was horrible. The other meal only came out with half of what was ordered and then I had to tell them that hey I’m missing this and that took a very long time too. We finally just said box everything up and we’re leaving. It’s pretty sad when you only have three tables in the whole place with people at them.No wonder why the place was empty.
