   Maine Lobster Bisque was amazing! The shrimp pasta could not have been more bland….. just bad, and add the price, it’s a disaster. Our server was lovely and so was the other staff!

   Best happy hour menu. Great hush puppies. Love the pomegranate martinis. Delicious cheeseburger and spicy shrimp. We got a shark fin pie to go which is usually to die for and too much for two people to eat at one sitting. It was good, but different and not as good as it usually is. Our waitress was super.

   We had a very good meal of the sautéed scallops. They came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley. Our server was very sweet and attentive without being too much. We were there on. Saturday afternoon and it was nice dining in a quiet atmosphere.

   We normally like this restaurant, but tonight our server kept disappearing. Both times we ordered wine, we then waited 20 minutes to get it. The meal took 2.5 hours with ling waits between each item brought to the table.

   The quality of food has declined over the years. I made reservations for my husband who is a Veteran and was greatly disappointed. Our server acted as if he didn't want to be there. The crab legs my husband ordered were old and his mashed potatoes were cold. The manager apologized only after debating with my husband that the crab legs were new. All in all the quality of food and customer service at the Rochester location has declined over the years and no longer on our must dine list which is very unfortunate.

   Celebrating Veterans Day-Mitchells gave us 20 percent off of our meal. We took advantage of Happy hour drink and appetizers. My favorite is the snow crab legs. They are always perfect and easy to eat. The service was wonderful as always.

   The service and food were great. However, my husband ordered the seafood, blackened.Trio and was a little disappointed that even tho the chef came out and said it was blackened. It didn't look or taste blackened as we were accustomed. We would still return and would ask for Tyrone as our waiter. We also forgot to take our AARP discount. But, thanks to Mitchell's for accepting it. We'll remember next time.

    The waiter, Tyrone, was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. It added to the experience. I was also very pleasantly surprised that there was a quiet experience which added to the ambiance. No loud music blasting. However, it was cold inside the venue which was somewhat uncomfortable for guests.
