   Execllent! Thank you- i could eat about 10 of those fried oysters & caviar- the steak tartare so so delicious, our shared main, swordfish "alla milanese" was excellent. Thanks for a great day before Valentine's meal

   We were given the table closest to the restaurant entrance on a bitter cold night. We asked to be moved or possibly have the heat turned up but wound up dining in our winter coats. Not the special treat or enjoyable dining experience we were hoping for.

   Food was okay but overpriced. Tuna was good. Beef was fatty. Marscapone was excessive. Service was attentive and helpful. swordfish was tasty but nothing special.

   Moeca was such a treat! Every course so delicious and unique- felt more like a California restaurant than Boston. Will definitely be back :)

   Creative and well balanced cocktails. The two pasta dishes we tried were disappointing compared to the small plates. Brown sugar pavlova for dessert was fantastic.

   It's good but not fantastic. The ingredients are very fresh; the monkfish was outstanding but there are some dishes that use overpowering ingredients and hide the freshness of the fish. Our waitress was very friendly but ended up being annoying towards the end, bringing the check before we had taken the second bite of our dessert. We felt pressured to pay and leave. Too bad.

   We had a wonderful meal for my mother's birthday here. Everything we had was delicious, and even as a vegetarian, I had plenty of options. The desserts we had were a particular highlight.
