   The prime rib buffet was great. We ate in the Catus club and the service was terrible. There was not that many people in there and the 2 servers were pretty slow.

   ***We had the Beef & it was melt in your mouth, soft & juicy. The veggies looked good on a plate but the carrots were undercooked & the other veggies consisted of broccolini which I thought was great but my wife didn't eat hers, the peppers were ok and again she didn't eat hers then there was what I think was zucchini again I ate mine but my wife didn't eat hers, the potatoes were good but slightly salty, we both ate & enjoyed the beef & the potatoes. I thought the desert was very good but again my wife didn't eat more than one bite of hers & I was blessed with 2 deserts.

   Just a little chaos. People paying seperate bills in front of our table. Ten min late to get our table set up.

   Initially made plans to have the Roast Beef buffet, but after seeing the buffet decided it wasn’t worth it. The PRIME RIB LOOKED AMAZING!!!! No issue there. However the sides were less than desirable. Not worth $45-50. Ordered off the menu, it was okay, but restaurant was packed, the banquet rooms were overflowing with parties so service was very slow. Our waiter was super charming.

   On the contrary I was expecting so much more for the money. The salad bar was minimal as was the variety. When the wife and I went to get our prime rib it was supposed to be medium rare but was actually medium well. They ran out of AU JUS. WOW. They had spare ribs that were overcooked and dry. The potatoes were undercooked. When we went for dessert there was a bunch of empty trays. For $44.95 per person I felt it was underwhelming. Grey Eagle’s buffet is cheaper and offers a way better selection. Needless to say we will not be returning.

   My wife and I had our first night out in years and went to the grill to experience the prime rib buffet. The restaurant is an open atmosphere and is a noisy place, so quiet dining it is not. The food I would say is 5.5/10, 5 is too low 6 is too high. we found the food to be very plain and did not have a lot of flavor. The service was outstanding. Our server always came with a smile on her face and kept our plates cleared and drinks full.

   We had to finally ask someone who our server was - sat for 10 minutes waiting for service. Ribs were bland, cold and very tough. Prime rib was good. Pork belly - tough and overcooked. Veggies were either over or undercooked and desserts were constantly running out. Definitely not worth $45!!!!

   So I only rated ambience a bit low because folks is a buffet so there is only the so much ambience but it was lovely. The food was incredible. Everything was cooked well and tasted fantastic. Prime rib tender, veggies not over cooked. And I love that they had tiny portions for dessert so you could have a bite without wasting...killer meal. And staff lovely. They were friendly, polite and attentive...but not too much just right.

   Our server @ 5pm, was excellent, courteous, pleasant, & just overall a very nice lady! Luv Mohave Grill, always a great outing!

    We went for our anniversary for the New Year’s Eve dinner. There was a variety of choices which was good. However the food was mostly cold. It seemed the temperature was not maintained. We confirmed with our server it would be up until 9:30 as we had a later reservation. The desserts were all taken down prior to that. However our wonderful server got us something after for dessert. Overall it was good with the selection something for everyone. I can appreciate how busy it was but it seemed a little disappointing. The value was good and we had a lovely time overall.
