   Terrible service. Food was tasty, but it was hard to enjoy given we had to wait (literally) 15 minutes to be greeted at our table, didn’t receive the appetizers we ordered before the meals, and only were checked on one time by our server throughout the entire dining process before the check came. Then, while we were still sitting there finishing our dessert, the server actually came over and opened up the booklet with our check to look at what tip we left him. Since I used to be in the restaurant industry, I begrudgingly left a generous tip despite the horrendous service, and the server actually smiled and said a surprised “thank you” when he saw the tip I left. It was the nicest thing he did while we were there, but it was still weird. My guess is he was probably surprised he even got a tip.

   Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear about the poor service you experienced. There was a miscommunication between our host and server that led to the initial delay in greeting your table, and unfortunately, it seems the service throughout your visit didn’t meet our standards. What you described regarding the check is unacceptable and not how we train our staff to interact with guests. We’re addressing this internally to make sure it doesn’t happen again. While I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the food, I understand how frustrating the overall experience must have been. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.

   Everything was wonderful, the food was fresh and flavorful, service on point and the ambience was wonderful. Would recommend to friends and family and would definitely come back.

   My 13-year-old declared that if he had to meet his untimely end, he’d happily take a tumble off the Mole deck—as long as his last bite was those incredible enchiladas. Honestly, can’t blame him. They looked delish.

   We had a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes for our "table to be cleared". There were plenty of empty tables when we were seated and no one walked out while we waited which was really weird and a sign of a poor hostess. No waiter showed up for 20 mins or so and the restaurant wasn't even full. Drinks were good and the food was ok for the price. Really nothing about our experience said worth visiting again. We eat out a lot and definitely not a go again type of restaurant.
