   It was my second time at Momofuku, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. My favorites were the cauliflower, the pork belly buns, and especially the duck. They carved it right in front of us and served it over a thin, crispy layer of rice, almost like Hong Kong-style claypot rice. The duck was incredibly tender and flavorful, absolutely delicious!

   Table wasn’t ready when we arrived (on time). Had a drink and app at the bar. Bartender was lovely and shishito peppers were delicious. Got to our table, ordered wine and apps. Wine didn’t show, apps were meh and our waiter was nowhere to be found. Had to flag someone down to get wine. Food was ok. Just a lot of annoyance all around and no one offered to make it right, just kept complaining that they were busy.

   OMG, the Big Eye tuna at Momofuku was the star of the show! My friend and I both agreed—we could’ve each eaten the dish on our own. The plating was stunning, the flavors were incredible, and it was truly a highlight of the meal. But it wasn’t just that dish—everything we tried had amazing depth and balance. The flavors were bold, vibrant, and fresh, from the savory umami notes to the surprising bursts of sweetness. The hospitality was spot on. My friend and I hadn’t seen each other in a while, so we talked the night away, closing the place down. Not once did the staff make us feel like we overstayed our welcome, even though we probably did! Hands down, the best meal i've had in Vegas. From the creative dishes to the impeccable service, it was an unforgettable experience.
