Momofuku Las Vegas is Momofuku’s first restaurant on the West Coast and is located inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.     I've eaten here several times but never had a waiter that bad. He looked like he didn't want to be there, and rushed me. Three dishes ordered whereby each should have been a different experience. But he just served the salad then the warm appetizer came, WTH? I felt like the waiter wanted to get rid of me. I was polite and didn't say anything but the mgr should know.

    Excellent food. We went for right at 11am when they opened so it wasn't busy at all, and therefore fairly quiet. Noodles were excellent. Pork buns were very good. Shrimp buns had a wonderful spicy mayo, but I think the shrimp is too mild a flavor to compete and the spicy mayo was the star of that bun. Poached egg was a bit undercooked, white was still pretty runny. Get the Yuzu lemonade, it's fantastic. Reasonable value for things on the strip. Would go back.

    Very cool restaurant and location. Our service wasn’t that great and it seemed as though our order had forgot to be put into the system for awhile. Everyone was getting their food around us who ordered same time or after us. One of our dishes (noodles) never showed up. The food we did get though was great; bao buns, pickle plate, lamb ribs.

    The mushroom ramen is worth every minute of the drive from So Cal! Also, the Doctor's Orders drink is perfect during the cold months. The service is always great too.
