At this second location, David Chang rethinks his iconic noodle shop. The Columbus Circle Noodle Bar serves a constantly changing roster of noodles, steamed breads made in-house, soft serve, and daily dishes, in a sleek wood-accented space. Bar-wise, there’s a full selection of beer, wine, sake, and cocktails, with a focus on highballs. Stop by for a quick bite at the kitchen counter, or book the private dining room for a celebratory event.

Noodle Bar Uptown accepts reservations 30 days in advance starting at 10 am. Although making a reservation is recommended, walk-ins are welcome and can be accommodated at the bar or at tables if space permits.

Our Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm feast originally hit the menu at Ssäm Bar in the East Village back in 2011. As we celebrate 20 years of Momofuku, we’ve revived this fan-favorite large format and are now offering it alongside our bo ssäm at Noodle Bar Uptown. The Whole Roasted Duck Ssäm meal includes one whole dry-aged, roasted duck stuffed with duck and pork sausage. It’s served over duck fat rice with confit duck legs and comes with scallion pancakes, lettuce wraps, hoisin, Korean-style barbeque sauce and crispy shallots. This meal serves 4 – 6 people. It is $225, exclusive of any additional a la carte food or beverage, tax, or gratuity. Reservations are offered at dinner at 6pm and 8pm.

Always a great time at Noodle Bar. We love the mushroom shiitake bao buns and the Soicy Mushroom Ramen. Though we were sad that the matcha/green tea chocolate cake is off the menu. We hope you bring it back soon.

David Chang's Uptown Noodle bar consistently delivers top notch, delicious food. It was a Monday night and the kitchen did an excellent job. It was extremely busy and the restaurant seemed slightly under-staffed but staff did a great job. It was just delayed at times because of the team being seemingly short handed. I'm a regular and will be back soon. So good and big thanks to the entire team!

Excellent food. Definitely recommend the spicy tuna hand rolls and the pork ramen. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our large last minute party.

We had high expectations but aside from the appetizer wings, everything else was simply passable, nothing stood out, nothing wowed us. We had the steamed pork buns, pork ramen and garlic/scallion noodles.

All of the food was delicious but I want to single out our server, Joseph. If I could give him 10 stars I would! He was so very helpful and made our experience truly great. We had our 5 and 3 year old grandsons with us and he did everything to make our time delightful. Thank you to a fine young man!

Outstanding food. Outstanding wine, We ate at the bar and got great service. However the place was jammed and the noise levels were high. Go here for a fun night with one or two friends. Less of an intimate and romantic date night spot.

Disappointed with the pork belly buns. The meet was tough and dry. Quite unexpected. The scallion noodles with added chicken were quite good. My husband liked his miso shiitake ramen. My negroni was so-so and the glass of chablis was only passable and not cold enough. The service was great! The place was understandably crowded and loud (inside a mall). Overall, it is unlikely that we will return.
