I was totally disappointed…I had to wait approximately 15 minutes before being served. When I did place the order it came back cold. The lobster was so small it was less than 4inches..tail to end of shell. Even the server was embarrassed at the size. For the $ paid for the meal it was not worth it. I posted a review with pictures of the meal etc.

Was very disappointed. No plates to eat off of!! Paper on metal platter was not good to cut moist food on. Baked potato was very old and dark in colour. Must have been cooked in afternoon and warmed up in microwave. One order was mixed up and got part of it when rest of meal was eaten. Your beans were 3/4 liquid

I brought my boyfriend in for his birthday and marked his birthday on the reservation but the server didn’t even say happy birthday to him. I was hoping he’d maybe get a dessert or something like most restaurants but it didn’t happen. One of the servers we had who was training a new employee was nice though

The only reason I gave the service a 4/5 is because the place was PACKED and very clearly UNDERSTAFFED. Other than that 5/5 - perfect score! The server was running his tail off and service was very slow due to the amount of tables he had to cover. The server was very good with my kids and very energetic! The food was amazing, and very well priced! However, they need more staff.

Honestly it was just ok. Made a reservation for my daughters 13th birthday. Ordered appies had to get my own cutlery, son felt burger tasted weird, they asked to re make it but it was just incredibly dry and he was so over eating. Shrimp on my platter were flavourless. Had to tell the server at the end of the meal it was my daughters birthday.
