   Not one to leave bad reviews because I’ve work in service… but yeah not good. For starters our server tried to rush us saying they’re were big parties coming in.. you don’t do that.. regardless we’re guests and our experience matters. She took our order and we never saw her until we were basically done with our entree. We had to refill our own wine glasses and my husband sat there with no water and watched her fill up everyone’s cup around our table. This was not fine dining at all. This felt like someone living room. Soggy calamari soaked in buffalo sauce also, it sounded good on menu.. don’t get it. I had to give the check to a host to get our card run. She was not busy she was just selectively with her service which is a shame. Sadly her tip reflected her exact service. Won’t be back. The other employees were helpful.

   We had the ribeye steak and the fried shrimp with a loaded baked potato. They were both delicious. The waiter was great. I would recommend the Morning Star Restaurant.

   We where highly disappointed last night as we visited your restaurant and was told after we had already been seated and served our drinks and bread that you where not serving anything fried due to having dirty grease from the night before and haven't had time to clean it. So basically over half of your menu was unavailable.

   The waiter had to many people she was waiting on. We waited over 10 minutes to get our tea to drink and get to order. Food was good and will go back.

   The majority of the hot food items were lukewarm to cold upon arrival. Our very small dinner order took an extremely long time to arrive. Food items were served incomplete and had to ask for multiple corrections. While we were rather disappointed in some of our food (especially for the price of their “fine dining”, we were very pleased with our server, Maria, and appreciated her friendly service, especially on Christmas Day!!

    I would give this place zero stars if possible. Our experience at MorningStar Steakhouse was nothing short of a disaster, and we will never be returning. We made a reservation for 12 people, and several in our group have dietary restrictions. We made these restrictions clear to our waitress when we arrived. The restaurant was completely empty upon our arrival, which should have been a good sign for a prompt dining experience. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The nightmare began when the first dish arrived after 40 minutes. It took over 30 additional minutes for the majority of our party to receive their food. By that point, several people were done eating while others hadn’t even gotten their meals. The food was even worse. Four of the steaks were either undercooked, overcooked, or contained gluten—despite the clear instructions to avoid it. It took another 40 minutes to correct three of those steaks, and when they finally arrived, they were still wrong. At this point, we were completely fed up. Three in our party never got to eat due to the kitchens inability, or worse incompetence. And then, the manager—if you can even call her that—made the situation even worse. She was rude, condescending, and had the audacity to argue with one of our guests. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely out of line. She clearly has no business managing a restaurant or interacting with customers. It’s clear she’s not cut out for customer service. To top it off, we had another reservation for Christmas Day at MorningStar, which we canceled immediately after this awful experience. They try to present themselves as a high-end steakhouse, but they should visit one to understand how it’s actually done. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible service, awful food, and a management team that could not care less about its customers. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
