    For what is supposed to be a high end steakhouse food was average overall and service poor. Never refilled water. Never ask if we wanted second round of cocktails (order first round of cocktails at bar while waiting on reservation). Ask for bread three times. Manager finally brought some with entrees. Tired lobster ravioli - it was bland. Hadn’t been to Morton’s in a while and this was a reminder why. I won’t say names, but there is a steakhouse across from Southpark Mall setting the standard. Morton’s did not measure up.

    Was not impressed with the service at all. Lauren was underwhelming. Her attitude was not up to par. Spencer was very nice and sweet. The entire crew sang to multiple birthday parties and didn’t sing to the two at our table. Didn’t put the proper items on the proper checks, the list goes on. Not impressed by this location. Will not return.

    What a fabulous birthday dinner. Our waitress, Jordan, was excellent and so kind. She is every restaurant’s dream employee! The food was superb. Highly recommended.

    Thank you Jessica for making this an amazing evening for our family. There are many great restaurants these days to choose from but when you get service like we received from Jessica, this is what will make us come back again and again. Yes, I gave this evening 5 stars because it’s a review of the restaurant, food & service, however the valet wanted me to downgrade my review. Valet is $11. (Not what I expect at a restaurant where we spent $580 on 3 people.) The valet card reader was not working so I had to go find an ATM that charged me $2.75 to withdraw cash. Valet was very disappointing and made us not want to return after an amazing dinner experience. Valet gets a 1 star. Use the parking garage and have Morton’s validate your parking.

    The steak was fantastic. My wife had the salmon. It was also great . The bread was outstanding. Definitely a revisit soon.

    The waiter stole from me and gave himself an $132 tip on a $232 bill after being tipped almost 30% in cash. Management is not very helpful and all I was told was to dispute it with my bank with no sympathy or urgency of the situation.

    The food is consistently delicious here--- the service is always good and ambiance very pleasant. We like the fact that we can all talk to each other across the table without having to yell. This is one of our favorite places for special occasions!
