   The steak was over cooked. The baked potato skin was hard and chewy ! Ordered a bottle of wine the vintage was 2017 and the one they had was 2022. Big gap 5 years. Maybe is time to update the wine menu.

   Our server, Lacey, was wonderful however the steak I ordered was dry and tasteless. I ordered the butcher’s cut dry-aged ribeye Pittsburgh style MR and it first came out raw (blue) in the middle so I had to send it back however it was very disappointing. I’ve ordered it before at the same Morton’s and they’ve done it beautifully. Maybe the chef was new and didn’t understand how to do Pittsburgh Style correctly.

   The stars mainly go to the server, she was clearly having a busy night but deserves her praise because she got the job done. I understand Valentine’s day is a super busy night, we expected to wait, but not a 50 minute wait when we had a reservation. 9:30 reservation, we got seated at almost 10:45 pm. Ate an OKAY steak dinner at 11 pm. Not okay. The plating was messy and sloppy, had to send my steak back because I guess they didn’t know how to properly make a medium well steak. And overall for it being a high end restaurant and us paying a $230 bill, they need to do better. I get things get crazy, but like I said the expectations are higher when you decide to claim your restaurant as a higher end steakhouse charging almost $80-100 for a steak alone. Disappointed is an understatement! Our waitress was the sweetest though and did all she could for us in that moment so we appreciate you Enette!

   We had reservations at 8:30pm but did not get seated until after 9:30pm, we have been going to this location for over 20 years and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Overall, in our opinion the experience had been cheapened.

   In January 2025 my hubby and I visited Mortons Steakhouse and loved it so much that I immediately reserved for Valentine's Day. I requested booth seating and a great waiter [Gabriel]. We arrived on time and understood that the restaurant was running behind due to unexpected traffic. We were greeted professionally and waited - in our waiting another party was being seated who refused to sit where he was taken and went to a booth in the corner - the greeter stated "I don't believe this" - she went over to the table as she stated that the specific booth was for another patron by request. The customer refused to leave - my hubby addressed the greeter and noted that the transaction was our booth [she agreed and apologized]. We continued to wait for another booth at least - it was busy - we were placed by the kitchen door [table] and greeted by another waiter - I was very perturbed and did not want to make another scene. My salmon was charred - I can say that I do not have any plans to revisit this restaurant - bill was $187 and I was like shaking my head as we were spending our funds on something that we didn't deserve and plans were made timely. Very sad as our first visit was wonderful.

   We enjoyed the Valentine’s Day special. Started with a house chopped salad along with a cup of delicious lobster bisque. Then we shared a 28 oz bone-in steak accompanied by two lobster tails. My husband chose bearnaise sauce to top his steak and I had blue cheese butter. Both complimented the steak well. For side dishes, we ordered lots of potatoes…French fries and potato au gratin, both great choices. Almost forgot the yummy bread and butter they brought to the table. We ended the meal with an expresó chocolate mousse. Great service provided by Amy. Needless to say, a very satisfying evening despite the kitchen being a bit slow in getting the food to the table.

   I recently relocated to West Palm Beach and have had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant twice this month. Let me start by saying that the overall experience has been incredibly enjoyable. The food and service have been exceptional. My meals have been consistently delicious, and the service has been top-notch. First and foremost, I want to give a special shout-out to Annette (my server on both occasions) who has been incredibly attentive and concerned about our comfort and meal. Charles has also been fantastic, coming by multiple times to ensure everything was going smoothly. We can’t say enough about our experience and will definitely be back in the future.
