    The food was generally good but not the perfection it should be at that price point. We ordered an appetizer to share and soup for one of us. The soup came before the appetizer. The lobster bisque had shell fragments in it. When I showed the server he said: That’s how they make it. Then the appetizer came when I was only about 1/3 of the way thru my soup, so the appetizer got cold. The flavor of both soup and the crab cakes were both very good. After we waited almost a half an hour for the entrees to come out, one of our filets was perfect and the other was unacceptably tough. (The lobster was delicious!) When the filet was sent back the server took the whole plate which was already filled with some of our sides. This was done so they could serve him a fresh entree, but it left me eating for 10-15 minutes with my husband having absolutely nothing in front of him. When the plate was replaced the sides portions that had been on the original plate were simply gone. It also took an inordinate amount of time to get a refill on iced tea, but the server eventually informed us they were brewing a fresh pot. He did try earnestly to make up for the poor quality steak (which the chef concurred on) by providing us with a lovely dessert of bread pudding. But overall for a $250 dinner (plus a $41 gratuity) for two this was not a success. Also, anyone with mobility issues has to take a long, inconvenient route to get to the dining area on the lower level.

    This has been a tradition of my family for several years now to go to Mortons for the Christmas dinner. They never disappoint. The service is fast and courteous. The food is always good and we always feel Welcome. Our server, Kristin was absolutely amazing. One of the better servers I had.

    Completely inconvenienced because the waiter charged a large party bill to my card . Can't use my card today because my account is now in the negative. This is terrible

    Not my usual Morton experience. Food came out cold. The steak was undercooked. Had to be resent back to the kitchen. Overall, not my best experience.

    We had a wonderful experience this evening! Our waitress Tay was phenomenal! She was on top of everything our whole dining experience!! Definitely a five star experience! Thank you!!!
