A truly unique dining and cocktail experience nestled below the main level of the historic Pershing Square Building, in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Mrs. Fish is a subterranean Japanese restaurant lounge providing the perfect gathering place for after-work libations, pre-theater bites or full dining experiences.

*Walk-ins after 10:45pm must be 21+ with ID
*Valet Parking is offered Tuesday – Saturday for $13.00 Cash, $14 Credit Card.
*Our Dress Code is Upscale Casual preferred. Presentable shirts, jeans, or shorts are acceptable.
*We advise guests to arrive at the time of reservation to Check-in for table. We have a 15 minute grace period if guests are running late.
The restaurant charges a 20% auto-gratuity on all food and beverage items for parties and groups of 6 or larger. The full amount of the gratuity is distributed to employees in the chain of service to the guests.

We enjoyed the pre fix meals for my daughters 25th. The pre printed menu with her name on it was a beautiful touch! Thanks again for a wonderful experience, food and ambiance!

I visited Mrs. Fish in DTLA the night before Thanksgiving with friends, and we had an amazing time! The atmosphere was vibrant and unique, with its stunning underwater theme and the massive aquarium adding a cool, relaxing vibe to the space. The food and drinks were fantastic—every dish we tried was flavorful, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. The service was attentive, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. She missed a couple of our orders but that’s understandable given she had other table to attend. The music and energy of the place were just right for a fun night out. It’s a great spot to catch up with friends, enjoy some good food, and soak in the lively downtown ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very friendly staff all around’ ! Valet parking wasn’t the best on a sat night .. idk if they had limited staff or what.. so had to use public parking garage which the whole elevator experience is not it. Overall restaurant was a whole vibe! Very cute ! Food amazing ! And reasonable priced.

The restaurant is lovely. Such a beautiful establishment. The food was delectable especially the steam clams….. My only complaint is the dress code policy. Don’t enforce a dress code policy if you are not going to enforce it. Women wearing biker shorts and heels to your establishment is a disgrace a low grade. I saw so many half naked women dressed so distasteful that it was sad. The person that confirmed my reservation stressed the dress code. Men wearing sneakers. If you have an upscale restaurant keep it classy. I was disappointed about that.

The atmosphere is exceptional. Great staff and a very fine menu selection. Love the welcome too, from the valet to the gentleman at the top of the stairs! Waiters were responsive and efficient.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary. Everyone from rhe person who greeted us at the door to our server were very nice and professional. The service was excellent. The food was also great, highly recommend the melt in your mouth cod. Drinks were all excellent as well.

The experience we had there was horrible and will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone. The customer service was terrible and we had to wait 15mins after our reservation. The worse part was our server, Connor gave us tremendous attitude and was not helpful in our order and made us feel very unwanted and uncomfortable. The food quality was super poor and we have been to many upscale restaurants and this definitely was not on that caliber. Sad to say I was excited about this place and ended up leaving and going to Bottega Louie.

Mrs Fish was so amazing! The service to the food to the drinks were all amazing! My boyfriend and I got baked crab roll, shrimp skewer, baked cod, uni pasta, scallop nigiri, and four different drinks. We loved everything that we ate! The fish tank was really nice to look at too! All the servers, bartender, and hosts were alls so very friendly. We cant wait to come back next time!
