   9 of us attended Breakfast with Santa at Mrs. Knott’s. It was our first time experiencing this festive tradition here and it did not disappoint. The buffet was plentiful and varied with options for the young and not-so-young. Our group was particularly fond of the fried chicken, biscuits, gravy, yogurt and fruit, and the danish. The chicken tamales also received high praise. Santa was on site, took time to chat with the kids, and gave each one of them an adorable stuffie. Professional pics were taken with an option to purchase. The entire wait staff team assigned to our table was professional and prompt; refilling drinks, clearing plates, and replenishing napkins, etc. our entire party agreed that it was a morning well spent-together and making wonderful memories

   We came here for Breakfast with Santa. The breakfast menu was very good. There was a nice selection and everything was delicious. It was a good mix of southern, American and Mexican breakfast. My only complaint is that the restaurant was cold because it was a cold day also but every time we got hot food, it got cold very fast at the table. We had to keep getting up and get small portions to minimize. The santa experience was nice too. We got an early reservation so my son had a nice one on one time and there was no line so we didn't feel rushed. Gift included with breakfast. I wish they would have included at least one photo with the experience but it was nice. Photos were a separate cost.

   I’ve been here before a few times. Tonight we had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation time. The rhubarb was under cooked. The chicken was excellent. The cabbage serving was too small. The service was slow. Other experiences at this restaurant were better than this one. Maybe they had a bad night. I hope so. It’s a classic so I hope they will get back to perfect on our next visit.

   Great service, wonderful nostalgic ambience, and excellent chicken pot pie! The salad that came with the meal was delicious and the ranch dressing was excellent. The boysenberry Jam that comes with the fresh baked biscuits is outstanding. However my wife did not care for her fried chicken. She said it wasn't as good as it used to be. And she said the corn that came with her chicken and waffles was not as good as it used to be. And she said the waffle was a little undercooked.

   Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We waited over an hour to be serviced at our table and receive our drinks. We were shuffled through 3 separate servers and as a result our order was placed incorrectly. Several tables around us were served and completed their meals before we even received ours. The quality of the food has diminished over the years. This is an annual Christmas tradition for us but I think next year we’ll have to rethink our dinner options.

    The restaurant was very cold inside the glass plates were too cold causing the food to get cold. My grandchild didn’t get his gift because Santa was on break when we left.
