The diverse, flavorful menu of Muckleshoot Restaurant includes favorites like the Seafood Louie Salad and 12 oz. NY Strip Steak.

Carrying on the traditional Muckleshoot ways of cooking salmon, we are proud to offer traditional salmon dinners utilizing locally sourced alder wood and Pacific Coast wild salmon. Cooked over an open flame, the traditional method of low heat and smoke enhances the salmon flavor while preserving freshness and texture. Available in individual (8 oz. fillet with two sides, $29) or family style (2 1/2 pounds with one pound of corn and red potatoes, $95) presentations. Offered Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Plus, don't forget to check out the baked goodness inside our pastry display. Enjoy a wide assortment of pastries, from croissants to brownies, baked fresh daily and available for in-room dining or to-go orders.

Food is generally good. We went to have the chicken pot pie as the last time we had it it was amazingly delicious. Very disappointed with it this time as nothing but mashed potatoes and barely any meat or vegetables. Too bad as was looking forward to the dish for a month.

Waitress was hard to hear and understand. Had to ask for refill of water. She never checked in if we needed anything during the meal. Had the dinner we had not been as good as it was we would have requested a manager.

Always dependable good food. Menu has all the best selections. Coffee is very good. Love the prime rib. Service is always attentive to our needs. Usually eat at this restuarant 2-4 times a month. Salads are so fresh and tasty.

I was excited to have salmon, figuring that an alibi Tribal restaurant would have good seafood. First of all, they could not even tell me what kind of salmon it was. And this came from the chef! Then they said it was most likely Atlantic salmon, which is farmed fish. Really? A Tribal owned restaurant doesn’t have wild salmon? I ended up getting prime rib, which had a good flavor, but looked kind of gray colored. Kind of reminded me of a scene out of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares!
