   We had high expectations but were disappointed. The ribs were dry and I wanted to ask for sauce but we didn't see our waitress until after my ribs were gone. I certainly expected that our waitress would have checked in with us but she didn't. Seafood tostada was unique and delicious and the cornbread was the best we've ever had. The ribs and calamari were disappointing as was the service. Overall, fine but we expected better.

   I came to this restaurant in 1997. I have always wanted to return, but life got in the way. Fast forward 28 years, 3 children who are now adults and 2 marriages later, I have finally returned. I should have NEVER waited so long! Mustards Grill is top notch. The restaurant is wonderfully quaint. It seats about ~50. You have a wonderful view of the food being prepared, as well as plenty of scenery from the windows. The parking lot has a cute water fountain, right in front of the property. And just past the parking lot, is a garden of both vegetables and herbs. And the trellis is so beautiful and picturesque. It's perfect for capturing family photos. The outside is set up in such a way that you will not even mind waiting for a table. If you drink, order one, sit outside in the garden and soak up sun. Got kids? They can play right next to the garden in a wonderful patch of grass. And, over on the side of the grass are high-end portable potties. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the host. If your table is not ready, there is room at the bar. The restaurant is reminiscent of days gone by. You're not just eating a meal. You are having a fine dining experience with old friends, where the conversation is wonderful, the drinks are flowing, and the meal is artisanally prepared. We started with the calamari, which was uniquely made. It is wonderfully seasoned and topped with a delightful coleslaw. I had the lamb, which was amazing. My son had the fresh seafood tostada with halibut. And, my other son had the Hanger steak. Each dish was fabulously delectable. We were too full to have dessert. But, I look forward to trying it in the future. I will not wait 28 more years to return. This restaurant must be visited at least once annually, by me. I highly recommend this place for family meals, great lunches before, during, or after wine tasting or for a cozy romantic dinner. You just cannot go wrong choosing this restaurant. BRAVO!

   As T2 diabetic, I am always looking for low carb options. I had the Caesar salad and crabcakes. My dining companion had the chicken sandwich. We both enjoyed our delicious food. I had not been to Mustard's in a very long while but it is still one of the best in the Napa Valley. I used to work nearby and went there regularly- I was reminded today why it's worth the trip even though it's a little out of my way. Glad to see the place packed on this holiday Sunday.

   Whenever we are in the area we stopby for dinner. Over the last decade Mustards has not changed, delivering a high quality meal with excellent service. We will keep checking in for the forseeable future.

   The best chicken was the best I have ever had. No joke. My wife got a pineapple cake for dessert which she really liked. We eat lunch here every time we come to Napa.

    Excellent dinner! From the moment we walked in the door the staff was attentive & knowledgeable. We had the fish of the day & the tostada of the day. Both were absolutely delicious.
