   We took our mothers for their birthdays. The service was outstanding. We ate brunch - whoever is the baker, kudos to you! The lemon muffins for the table were delicious. The “bread service” on the menu - Chef’s kiss. The birthday cheesecake- YUM!! Half our table got cheeseburgers and loved them. Our honest feedback/review for the others at the table. For the power bowl - it needed more of everything….the quinoa needed seasoning. The avocado toast was not what we were expecting. Looked to be more of an avocado cream…and was supposed to be served with smoked salmon. It didn’t look to be smoked (at least, not in the traditional sense). These items would not be ordered again. But, we’d definitely go back because of the great service and attentiveness….but would likely get the burger!

   We had a wonderful dinner experience at Napa, thanks to our server, Grant. He was friendly, kind, made great conversation, and made sure every single member of our party was taken care of. He gave great suggestions and was extra considerate of our children. The food and drinks were all delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is conducive to a lovely gathering over a meal, and we thank Grant for providing fabulous service to our family.

   8pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:40. Only real complaint, everything else was great.

   We had a 7:45 reservation and it was 9pm before we were seated and got our drinks. Food was average. Ambiance felt like a big chain restaurant. Servers were very kind.

   Still one of our favorites. I will say it was very busy and the staff seemed to be struggling to keep up. Not enough that it was a bad experience but it was noticeable. We will for sure be back.

    Website stated their Valentines pre fixe menu would be available the 14th and 15th but that was not the case. Once we were seated 25 minutes past our reservation time, the waiter told us that menu was just for the 14th. Since we had waited so long we decided to stick it out and just order off the regular menu. One of us ordered a cocktail and the other stuck with water but we were given two cocktails in error. This was a preview of the lackluster service we would receive during our meal. We ordered a starter and a Caesar salad to start and then two entrees. After 30 minutes and seeing tables around us who ordered after us getting their food, we inquired about our starters. We were told the kitchen lost our ticket and that a manager would come around to apologize. That of course never happened. We received our starters shortly thereafter and didn’t have to wait too much longer for our mains. The food was good but again, to wait almost 80 minutes was ridiculous. Thankfully the starter and salad were taken off the bill but their handheld payment device already had preselected tip amounts and were unable to see an itemized bill until after the transaction was made. Of course when I received the printed copy I notice that the tip amount is based on the total bill including taxes, which is absurd. Needless to say, special occasions are not their forte and I suggest limiting the amount of reservations instead of cramming us all into every available nook and cranny.
