Really disappointed tonight as we booked for my son’s 18th birthday. Venue was buzzing and we were greeted by lovely staff at the front door, but after that the service just went down hill. Staff seemed very stretched. We had to get up from the table to ask for things like water, menus, dessert menu, ordering drinks, plates and a knife for the cake we’d brought along etc… Staff just couldn’t handle the volume of customers. Loved the food, it’s always great but massive disappointment with service. Wont be going back in a rush.

The pizzas here are great but the place has really dropped in service and ambience with a tight window for eating followed by staff asking for tables back - such a pity as we would have stayed and ordered more, instead went to another place afterwards.
