   The ambience is the first thing, dark, a bit brooding, but moody and brings me back to mid 70s. Very good. Service exceptional from start to finish and with all staff. Very good wine list, and a menu that takes me back in time (in a good way). The food is great. Delicious meatballs, roast potatoes and cavolo nero. That all said, its expensive. North of $320 for 2 for a main and three glasses of wine each. Well recommended. Great experience. Can't do it too often.

   From the moment we entered "Neptune's Grotto" I knew we were in for a splendid evening. And we weren't disappointed. I am a big fan of a short Menu where you want to try everything on offer. And this is exactly what was displayed. The food was superb and the extensive Wine List was deletable. Heavily leaning on Italian Wines -and rightly so - there was something for every price range. The food was superb, the décor romantic and the whole experience made me sad we had to leave. But we will be returning.

   Our waiter was excellent, she was considerate when suggesting food and wine options, and we felt very looked after. Look forward to going back again.

   Extraordinary meal. Great ambience - very speak easy, smokers lounge (with no smoke), cool vibe. Exquisite service with lovely and friendly staff.

   My wife is lactose intolerant and they didn’t make any effort to accommodate. Every dish had butter or cheese not all Italian dishes need butter and cheese! The mains were disappointing no steak and no fish(unheard of in a restaurant even a steak house has fish to accommodate) Why the double veal cutlet? I found the menu to be lazy.

    Loved the restaurant. The maitre d was exceptional and looked after us . Even gave us a complementary drink for the inconvenience of us getting lost finding the entry !!!
