My friend and I went to Neverland for lunch (afternoon tea). When I arrived I was seated at a table with a chair covered in crumbs. I cleaned it myself after asking for a napkin from the server. When we arrived our order was taken and food was delivered by 2:30 (our reso was at 2). About 25 minutes after this we were given a "30 minute warning" that we needed to leave by 3:30. We said this was fine and continued eating. About 15 Minutes after this, the server came over and said she was going to do our bill now. It felt very rushed and we were felt pressured to leave. For 55$ a person, it didn't seem like a luxury experience. The food was decent and the decor was cute.

High Tea is a great opportunity to spend some special time with good friends. But food quality this time, i found lacking. The savouries just didn’t have anything with sparkle. I felt that i could have made the same at home with more flavour. Same with the sweets. Bland with no pop or distinction. Scones with clotted cream and preserves were nice Not worth $60+ per person and will probably pass in the near future from revisiting

We went to the sakura themed tea. The restaurant was decorated fully with cherry blossoms everywhere--very pretty! The menu was also Japanese inspired, which was good, though some of the sweets were too sweet for us (white chocolate mousse; sakura and rosewater cheesecake). Best things about this place is the attentive and unobstrusive service, as well as the ability to change teas as many times as you want with no extra charge. Although we knew there was a time limit (a lot of tea places have a policy that tends to be lenient), it was still jarring to be gently reminded 30 minutes before our time ended even though the place seemed half full. If you tend to forget time when you chat, this might not be the best place for you to catch up; they seem to be pretty serious about keeping you to the time limit.

It’s important to note that after an hour has passed while you’re eating and haven’t finished your food, the waitress may bring you a box to take the rest of your meal home. They will alsi start cleaning your table. Main reason is to make space for other guests, regardless of whether the restaurant is full or not. While this might feel a bit pushy, it’s simply how many restaurants operate.

Neverlands is not just having tea with friends, it is an experience everyone needs to have at least once in their life…actually I might say once a month! 😉 The atmosphere is so beautiful and whimsical with an air of sophistication and yet cozy comforts of home all rolled into one space. I’ve only been here twice but I’d highly recommend it to everyone! Love love love everything about it, the food, the tea, the ambiance and the service is all fantastic! ♥️♥️

It’s an ok spot, a little crowded and therefore noisy- not the best for high tea. The food was just alright. Great tea selection though!
