At New York Cafe & restaurant is all about you our guest! With lovely music , ambience, quality coffee, wholesome tasty & healthy meals, we are open breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. We have a cosy garden space with a beautiful old church view, there is also a fully air conditioned indoor seating. Our qualified & experienced Chefs create freshly prepared dishes with seasonal produce, some signatures dishes are always on the menu and are very popular with our guests, i.e Eggs Benedict, Nyc Pancakes, Spaghetti bolognese & Wagyu Burger. Our chefs are always finding innovative ways to create dishes that are low in calorie and meets special dietary requirement such as gluten free and vegan options. Our chefs also create fine American dishes and also food inspired by European and British dishes. We have been awarded Tripadvisor's best travellers choice award 2022 and also been nominated for best cafe in Hampstead. We are walking distance to Hampstead Heath, Kenwood House & Pragola.

It was a very underwhelming experience. Clearly short staffed, waited a long time for service. Order was wrong despite waitron coming back to confirm. The wait between the two meals arriving at the table was 30 minutes The coffee was awful. We won’t be back.

Food was not bad but the service is poor there’s no charactor. Value for money couldn’t be worse if they tried.

We booked brunch on Bank Holiday Monday and were delighted to find that the restaurant was a small independent business with lots of staff and a great family atmosphere. The service was friendly and they even made me an espresso martini that wasn’t on the menu. Food was all prepared to order and was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s small but has both an upstairs and an outside dinning area. A great find 🥰❤️🥰❤️

Really disappointing. Food was like warm, duck was chewy. Nothing about it screamed ‘New York’. Very pricey for poor quality. Only thing good was the coffee. Will not be returning

We made our reservation two months in advance and was told upon our arrival our reservation did not exist. Very disappointing to miss this opportunity and denied to be seated.
