   We come here every year for my husbands birthday. We were disappointed that the service was quite slow. (We had a 5:30 reservation). We were excited to order the chicken parm o lt to find out our favorite meal was changed with the recipe. They now serve half a chicken with BONES.. as chicken parm. With dark meat. It simply was not good. Portion size is astoundingly large and prices are astronomically high. We won’t be back and it was a disappointing birthday dinner- I felt embarrassed

   La música insoportablemente fuerte, me explicaron que jue-vie-sab hay un DJ, pero no se puede conversar, la acústica es mala. Los meseros son Muy Muy amables pero no están entrenados para servir correctamente, no te sirven la bebida, demoran cuando les pides algún complemento aunque destaco su simpatía. Pedí un 'americano rosso', me lo trajeron hasta menos de la mitad del vaso y con puro hielo. La pasta con mariscos me dijeron que tenía un 'leve picor' pero estaba tan picante que apenas pude comerla hasta la mitad. Pero lo que más me molestó es que al final se acercó un tal Alex pidiéndome un comentario favorable en redes y con el pretexto de mostrarme cómo hacerlo, quiso marcar él mismo en mi celular las 5 estrellas, lo que me pareció un atropello. En definitiva, no volveré, hay muchos otros restaurantes de ese nivel mucho mejores en Playa del Carmen.

   Beautiful and creative food, intentional and attentive service, fun lively atmosphere. Highly recommend! The best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Playa.

   Nothing short of sensational. In the heart of Playa Del Carmen, at Nicolette’s they welcome the energy of the street into the restaurant. The food was delicious, the wait staff was exceptional and experience was memorable. We only wish it had been someone’s birthday so we could experience the sparkling candles. Highly recommend.

   This was our second experience. The service is fantastic and the staff present a 5 star experience. However, the food has been neglected. We were a party of 8 and most dishes were either tolerated or sent back. This is clearly a management/owner issue and not a shop floor delivery issue. This is the place to come for five star service experience but do not dine here if you are a foodie as you will be disappointed.

   Absolutely amazing! You quickly learn why most of the other restaurants on strip are haunting you to look at menu and come inside, yet this one requires a reservation!

   No nos ha gustado! Ambiente muy ruidoso y el plato más picante que he comido en mi vida. En la carta no ponía que era picante. Además en un restaurante italiano... Donde picante no es la especialidad. No volveremos
