   Facebook Post: An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Nightbird ✨🍽️😋 Just had an absolutely outstanding dinner at Nightbird! 🌟 Every dish was a work of art, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. 🥂 The caviar tart was an explosion of oceanic flavors—the cream elevated the taste, making each bite even more indulgent. The chef also incorporated Asian elements like mochi (麻糬) and bamboo shoots (竹筍) into some dishes, creating unique and delicious combinations. 🐚 The sea scallop was perfectly seared and seasoned just right, while the butternut squash tart was savory, rich, and utterly satisfying. 🍰 To top it all off, the desserts were incredibly thoughtful—three Western-style desserts echoed the first three courses, beautifully paired with cognac 🥃. It was the perfect combination! It’s no surprise that Nightbird has earned its Michelin star—every bite was exceptional!    Our second visit, and I think the food, wine, and service was even better than the first time - a difficult achievement! The tasting menu is always innovative and interesting, with courses paced perfectly. We all enjoyed the wine pairing and found the pours and profiles very much in alignment with the menu. Overall a lovely evening and we will absolutely return. Thank you to the whole team who created such a special experience for us.

   I love that the evening simply unfolds for you with no decisions to be made. Each course was a surprise and delight. The chef is creative and really focuses on extracting the most flavor from each bite. The service is always excellent. It always amazes me that we can have this type of meal pre-ballet without feeling overly rushed.

   One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in my life. My wife put it aptly, “It feels like we are eating through a woman’s gaze”. Simply delightful. Thoughtful and gentle. If someone has recommended you try Nightbird, hug them, it means they love you and are blessing you with a gift of amazing food and a wonderful experience.

   First time at Nightbird and a beautiful experience! We came for a Birthday celebration and we were treated with excellent service and care. Our needs were met before we event knew what what we needed, and the extra service and story of the wait staff allowed us to enjoy our food experience all the more. Would recommend to anyone interested in a vegetarian experience as well!
