Noble is a beautiful restaurant. Very Victorian. The food was delicious but what we appreciated the most was the service. All the servers were young adults - maybe in their late teens or early 20s. Our server Rueben was amazing. Very polite, professional and courteous. Truly giving us the experience we would have expected at a higher end restaurant like Noble. Hats off to whoever trained the staff at Noble and the Prince of Wales Hotel. GREAT job. They truly understand what "customer service" means.

We had a wonderful time. The setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend it and include an overnight stay at the Prince of Wales Hotel.

Celebrated our anniversary dinner here. Service was excellent!….our steaks were chewy and tough. The ambiance was quaint and lovely!…however the noise levels in the room were high for a romantic evening this night. Overall a 4/5 experience. The wine list and service are worth a visit!

Hostess was about as friendly as a bear with a sore head and left us standing at the station for at least 5 minutes before seating us despite us having a reservation. Once seated, the waiter service was fine, but someone other than our waiter brought out our food after a reasonable wait and shopped them around the tables before figuring out the food was for us. Seemed very disorganized. The food itself was fine, but overall I expected a better experience considering the cost. Won’t rush back.

One of the finest dining experiences in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Classy, reputable, professional, delicious and memorable .... what else is there!?!?!? The wine list is comprehensive and well presented by the amazing Sommelier Fred who is a Niagara legend. The cuisine was gorgeous, delicious and abundant. We had a 3 course tasting menu with all the extras expected from a fine establishment as "The Prince" such as amuse bouche, sorbet and a piece of chocolate at the end. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was excellent! I had the rainbow trout and it cooked to perfection! They were very accommodating of my food allergies! Great wine selection! Unfortunately my husband’s steak was not the best quality meat, it was fatty and not quite the tasty treat he was expecting! Still overall a great experience and we had a wonderful date night!
