Nobu Atlanta is situated at Phipps Plaza in the affluent Buckhead neighborhood. With influence from Atlanta's lush canopy of trees and Japanese arts and crafts, the bar and lounge area features a white onyx bar volume that sits in front of a 12-foot-long river rock art installation while folded cast glass pendants cast a soft glow on the bar. The dining room takes you to traditional Japanese garden pavilions that were often used for ceremonies and rituals while overscale pendants made from shoji paper create the look of elongated, abstracted paper lanterns. Design language that is a continuation of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's imaginative and innovative culinary offerings celebrates nature and is integrated through the use of different wood tones

It was having my own chef to create sushi for me, however the cooked food had to be ordered by another person, and a hostess served me for other items: low salt soy sauce, water, Coke ( which came out flat) but she grabbed be a fresh one. Everything else exceeded all my expectations! Thank you

Honestly it was the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to Nobu in Vegas, London, Miami and they were all good. However in this Atlanta location the food wasn’t even edible. We tried appetizers, salad, sashimi and it was all terrible. Too much salt in absolutely every dish and nothing came out in a timely manner. We couldn’t eat anything except the miso cod. We were extremely disappointed. The Atlanta location gives the rest of the chain of restaurants an enormous black eye. Save yourself the time and the headache. Don’t go there.

It was my wife birthday and she wanted the waiter to take a picture of us. The floor supervisor kept rushing the waiter off and it put a damper on the dinner. This was done twice
