   The service was impeccable, the presentation was beautiful, every bite was a delicious. Started with pina martini and lychee martinis. Sweet. We tried a few cold items jalapeno yellowtail and the salmon. Both were so good. Then wagyu tacos, battered shrimp and dumplings. Had a couple sushi rolls (yellowtail jalapeno was best) and finished off with bento box and date cake. Date cake was by date the best surprisingly. Very expensive but you have to try it. Glad we had the experience.

   My partner and I have visited many Nobu locations around the world, so we were excited to try this one—but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. As always, the food was outstanding, especially the yellowtail jalapeño sashimi and caviar taro, both of which were delicious and lived up to the high standards we’ve come to expect from Nobu. The quality was as fresh as ever, but unfortunately, everything else fell short. Finding the restaurant was a challenge; we ended up wandering around the property for about 15 minutes before we finally located it. We arrived late to our reservation, ordered our drinks and appetizers right away, and then our sushi rolls. To our surprise, we waited an unreasonably long time for the food, and when it finally arrived, the sushi rolls came first, followed by the drinks, and then the appetizers. The whole experience felt disorganized, which was frustrating and unexpected. Given the issues we encountered, I’d recommend waiting a few months before visiting this location—hopefully, they’ll have their processes figured out by then and will be able to deliver the seamless experience that other Nobu locations are known for.

   We had an amazing dinner experience. Despite only being open for a few days, the staff worked so well together that you would think that they have been open for years! They were very knowledgeable about the menu and were able to help us avoid items with allergens and avoid cross contamination. I am so glad that they recommended the date cake because that is something we never would have tried on our own but it was outstanding! This was our best dinner on vacation by far!

   We have been to Nobu restaurants round the world and this was really disappointment. Atmosphere was like a bar and super nousy

   The food and service was great. However the disco music was so loud we couldn't hear our waiters. When we ent to the manager to ask him to turn it down or play other music he was rude and argumentative. He said there was nothing he could do about it. "The list came from "headquarters" He ruined our evening. Do not waste your money. (We have never had this kind of service or trouble at any other Nobu. Also, it's impossible to get a live person at the restaurant through Open Table.

   Lovely location and lovely new restaurant. Black Cod with Miso was delicious! So was the Kona Coffee 3 Leches dessert. It is a little pricey, but worth it for the atmosphere and delicious food (and knowledge wait staff). Highly recommend.
