   Well, my friends and I are sure the hostess forgot about us. When we went back to check on our reservation we were sat outside. We froze. There was nothing the heaters and the shawls given to us would cure the discomfort. Our server was lovely and the food was delicious. If only we didn’t experience all of the goodness in sub zero temperatures.

   This is a temporary location in the lobby of the beautiful EAU Hotel. They have sectioned off a portion of the lobby where the bar is and if you didn’t know, you would think it’s a permanent restaurant. We are told that they are looking for a permanent restaurant in the area. The lighting is very romantic and you can hear the guitar player in the lobby while you’re eating. Food as expected is excellent and the service is 5 star. One of the best things about this restaurant is that you dont have to leave the grounds if you want to continue the evening. You can have a drink in one of the other bars and take a stroll on the grounds overlooking the ocean. Definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

   It was truly an amazing experience as usual! Food was unbelievable, with some of the dishes being some of the best I ever had! I can’t wait to come back!

   Overall, it was a good experience. The food and service were excellent. The ambiance leaves something to be desired (rather casual). One critical area of improvement: It is impossible to reach the restaurant via phone or internet in order to change your reservation. Since they require a credit card and charge $50 per person per no show this created a little anxiety prior to arrival since our companions had to cancel. But it all worked out in the long run. I had the Lobster Tempura which was excellent.

   A lot of what was said about this Nobu is true yet I still tried it and ended up spending $92 for next to nothing . They are adding a 20% service charge to all bills even if you are dining alone . Very weird

   Food was amazing. Service was incredible for a Valentine’s Day. It was just what we were looking for awesome experience. Overall Nobu was amazing.

   I am a Nobu regular around the world. Got seated and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone checked on us to give us a menu and pour water. This Nobu is a recent start up so the menu is only about 10-15% of the normal Nobu menu and the resturant is in a corner of the hotel lobby as an after thought. When we eventually got service the waiter was nice enough but still managed to forget one of our entrees, which he later corrected and comped. If you come to Nobu Manalapan expecting the normal Nobu stellar experience of great service, fine ambiance and great food you will be sorely disappointed. You will have to make do with great food albeit on a very limited menu. The service and overall ambience do not match the prices being charged. At least not for now. As a year round local who likes Nobu I really hope things improve so I don't have to drive to Miami or hop on a plane to do the Nobu experience.

   Can’t hardly call that a restaurant. It’s in the lobby of a hotel pretty much. Server was very good though

    This is by far the BEST Nobu I have ever eaten at and I’m a food and wine writer and have tried Nobu all over the world!
