NOEMA is a Mediterranean seafood centric restaurant with cuisine prepared by Award winning Executive Chef and Food Network Chopped Champion, Nicholas Poulmentis.

Located in the heart of Huntington Village, NOEMA provides a lively vibe and a casual fine dining atmosphere. NOEMA cocktails are unique and vibrant in flavor.

Happy hours are Tuesday to Friday 4-7, bubbles bottomless brunch on the weekends and a DJ on Saturday nights, NOEMA is a superb place for all occasions and fun. Enjoy brunch in the Garden or cozy up for a meal near the fireplace.

Signature appetizers include Black Truffle Tarama, Zucchini Sticks, Shrimp Loukamades, and Octopus Keftedes. Signature entrees are Scallops, Lobster Pasta, and Tomahawks with Lobster.

Quite unexpectedly came across NOEMA Huntington for dinner and really enjoyed it. From ambience to food to amazing staff! Our great waiter Josh and busboys made our dinner exceptional. Recommendations made by Josh were top notch. Nothing was pushed but the way he described each recommended dish made you want to try it. Very grateful. Highly recommend! Will be coming back.

First and last time coming here. Service was terrible-we sat at our table for at least 45 minutes before a waiter came, and we couldn’t even get the busboy’s attention to pour us some tap water. It took 3 hours for 4 people who ordered 2 appetizers and one meal each to get served and get the check. It was exceptionally loud in there. The food was mediocre. My salmon was overcooked, my husband’s lamb chops were undercooked. There was one waitress for our entire floor (we were sitting on the second floor). I don’t know if they are understaffed or what, but this place is not worth the expensive food prices. Plenty of better options in Huntington. I personally would never go back.

We love this restaurant. It's a great experience from the minute you walk through the door until you leave. The receptionist is warm and inviting. And Smiles!! Our waiter, John, is the best. His explanations of cocktails and food make our mouths water. We want it all. Thank you for the wonderful evening. We will definitely be back.

Food and cocktails were great. Server (Kelly) was amazing. But…and maybe this was my fault…Thursday night they turn it into a night club. And even though we dined early, and they had not made the changeover to nightclub, a heavy bass beat was playing throughout dinner. Really wish they highlighted that (Thursday nights are not quiet). And if they did, my bad.
