About this restaurant

Tom Grimes and Stalin Bedon started Nomad Pizza by catering parties out of the back of a 1949 REO Speedwagon truck. Six years later, that truck has evolved into a restaurant with locations in both New Jersey and Philadelphia. The 7th Street location of Nomad Pizza opened and began serving the specialty Neapolitan style pizzas in 2012. The communal style tables on the second floor make sharing easy. Fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms and homemade dough are used to create the amazing pizzas served at Nomad. The menu features a variety of pizzas and salads. Choose from a classic pie, such as pepperoni, or opt to try something a bit more unique like the shitake mushroom. Pair any pizza with one of the Italian wines or a craft beer for a delicious meal.
