   Dillon, our server, was fantastic. Our pizza was delicious and Rickie, the chef, paid us a visit to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We love coming to Nonna’s whenever we’re in town.

   Love this restaurant. Food is consistently great. Balduci Pizza (white clam) is amazing. Great happy hour and daily specials. Something for everyone.

   We went for the Tuesday Lobster specials and really enjoyed it. Started with the Mozzarella Loaf, 2 large, fresh & crispy salads and 2 of the Lobster dinners being featured. Both of which were delectable. Finished up the evening with the r Cannolis. Great night out.

   The kitchen staff was extremely slow last night. Our orders took way too long to complete. Our waitress at one time told us our food was next out and over 30 minutes later no entrees were delivered. Drinks and appetizers were timely delivered. We had three kids with us so after an extensive wait I suggested to the waitress that their food be prioritized. One pasta was too hot to eat and the other was cold. My wife and I split a salad which was finally delivered with the others entrees. Our pizza then came out 15 minutes later and was burnt on the edges. I was surprised there was no manager on duty. If there was he/she was not in the dining room. Our waitress, Diana was professional especially considering the back of house faults. We love your wait staff and know many of them well. For the first time in my dining experience ever l complained directly to the chef last night. At that time no part of our order was being cooked and that had to have been almost an hour after being seated. He said we were next up. I overheard the wait staff apologizing numerous times to the other diners that their orders were taking too long. We are regular diners at Kyle G restaurants and this is the second time I’ve completed a negative review in the past month. The first time I asked for someone in management to contact me for further and no one called. Getting that impression you don’t care. I can’t tell you how to run a restaurant but I can tell you how to keep one. This type of customer experience can’t be tolerated too long. You’ll lose more and word of mouth advertising will hurt you. Thanks for listening. I looked at your leadership webpage and it appears there is a lot of staff. They need to get back in the kitchen and on the floor especially at Nona’s. It’s been years since I’ve run into KG at any of his restaurants let alone his team. Best of luck with your new restaurant. It appears to be your priority.

   Ordered chicken francese. If you're expecting lemon,wine butter sauce as a recipe calls for forget it. You get a cheesy sauce with little, if any, lemon flavor. $19 for a ketel one martini.

   Food was poorly prepared. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed, but the veal was tough, probably should have been pounded properly before it hit the saute pan. The orecchiette with broccoli rabe was swimming in oil and lacked flavor. This dish needs chicken stock and a small amount of hot pepper and decent broccoli rabe and better flavored Italian sausage. It is a rather simple dish that could have been significantly better. The shrimp oreganata were ample in portion and the lemon was a great touch, but again too much oil and the shrimp were overcooked. Timing here was needed. The wine list was inferior and lacked Italian wines. There are so many good Italian wines available at all price ranges and the selections on this list were all supermarket quality wines. The service was friendly, cordial, and efficient. I believe there are better Italian restaurants to be found in the greater surrounding area.

   35 minute wait w a reservation, not enough staff to clean and turn tables. Finally got a high top in the bar area after reminding the host. Food arrived 1 minute after the appetizer: crunchy, room temp Pecorino Fritters. Tuscan chicken,hmmm: 3 small strips of chicken (think small finger size) in a heavily oversauced, salty pasta. Could have been a good idea with 1/4 of the sauce and some chicken. Ricotta Gnocchi with Mushroom: gnocchi in a bowl of butter/olive oil sauce with some mushrooms. No hint of the saage, pecorino, or white truffle mentioned in the menu. As we finished our entree (tuscan pasta too salty), we noticed other tables received bread with their mean. Not us. Won't go back, not worth the $90 for 2.

    Food and service always very good here. Wed evening is pizza night here; however, on this particular evening they had sold out of pizza (and lasagna, btw). We were seated at 7:30. Quite disappointing; otherwise, everything else was spot on.
