The decor was decent and the food was ok. However, the service was horrible. Although an individual took the order and brought the food, we didn’t feel like we had a server. He had no knowledge about the food and seemed indifferent to our presence. The soup arrived cold and was sent back. The pulled pork nachos had no pulled pork. When we pointed this out to the server, he shrugged. The table was not bussed and the empty dishes were left there throughout the meal. I ordered a vodka martini and the waiter asked if I wanted sugar on the glass. I asked what sides came with the smoked chicken and the waiter had no idea and didn’t offer to find out. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Norte 175 has beautiful decor providing comfort with great ambiance. Our server, Kevin, was efficient and friendly. The bacon corn guacamole, dry-rub chicken wings, and yuca fries were delicious, as was the smoked 1/2 chicken and baby back ribs entrees. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

Food is great and was the highlight for us. Hopefully the service issues will be better over time. Despite not being busy when we were there, service was slow, drinks and food were brought out unevenly and our waiter seemed stretched too thin and not super engaged in our experience overall (the overall vibe we felt). Once Norte figures out the vibe they really want it should start to thrive. It’s a cool space with ample seating options. Right now it still seems to be figuring out what type of place they want to be. The valet parking was also a bit of a hot mess. It’s a small lot but I think self parking would be better.

Nice place, good list of drinks, very good service. Food was below average. Nonrewadon to return as there are a ton of better options

Tons of potential. We visited on opening weekend and as is to be expected on any opening weekend- they have some wrinkles to iron out BUT the food and drinks were EXCELLENT. We placed our drink order and then waited a little to place our food order. Our apps came before our drinks and our drinks came all spread out (we were a party of 6). 3 people got their drinks and then a few minutes later another drink came and then after about 5 minutes our final 2 got theirs. We ordered multiple side dishes with our mains and they didn’t come until after we were finished with our mains (which also came spread out). We didn’t want them anymore so we asked that they take them off check. Our first round of drinks was perfect but the 2nd round of margs weren’t nearly as good so they made another one which was much better. Our server was very good and well versed at explaining the menu items. Ultimately- this place has so much potential. The food truly was fantastic. Once they get their bearings I’m sure it will be incredibly successful.
