                                                                                                                                                                                  I would rate this restaurant at 3.5 out of 5 stars. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was average in my opinion. We barely saw our server all night and we were there for several hours. I found it very strange that he didn't ask us if we wanted a drink, so we just had water. He also didn't tell us about anything on the menu or offer any suggestions. He basically just did the bare minimum. I gave him a 15% tip, but I usually give 20% or more (assuming I get good service). The meatball appetizer was good, but the vodka pasta was average in my opinion, and certainly not worth $26. I've consistently gotten better Italian food at Maggiano's.

The noise level is very high, even on the patio. However the patio is less noisy than inside. They have heaters outside so even with the cold weather we were comfortable. I find the prices to be a bit elevated. I had a salmon entree and a Caesar salad and my bill was over $50 before tip. That’s a lot for one person with water to drink.

Nicole, our server, was very nice, checked on us few times to make sure everything was good. We enjoyed the food which was fresh and made to order. It was my friend’s first time at North Italia and she loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

Slimy and tasted really bad. Usually its my favorite dish, but it made me want to gag. We told the waitress and she was amazing, she said they would re cook it. When it came back it was raw again. AND it wasn't even warm. I don't think they did anything to try and cook it more. I will not be coming back, which makes me sad because it used to be my favorite restaurant.

Was seated at a table best used by 4 at best No room for 2 pizzas on the table and other food almost falling onto the floor Also crammed to many tables close so even wait staff had trouble moving around

Just a small wait as the resturant was very busy. Wait staff is excellent and knowledgeable about the wine and food and provided great recommendations for both. We ordered a bottle of Orin Swift 8 years Zinfandel. It was recommended by the waiter, and was quite good. Calamari for a starter, and that was excellent. Lightly breaded with a good sugo and aioli. Spicy rigatoni for a main. This was also delicious, but the pasta was a bit undercooked for my liking. A great atmosphere, and experience. We will definitely return

Salmon was so perfect, along with the yummy chicken parm; their noodles are the best with the chicken parm! Our service was great, Odet (may be spelling incorrectly) was fabulous!
