   We love this Bar with nice staff & outstanding view. But this time we were annoyed by guests taking pictures with flashlight the hole time...

   The host greeted us with an appalling coldness. We arrived at our reservation, full of excitement, at 4 pm when the place was still practically empty, with tables everywhere. I politely asked the host if she could seat us at a good table, and she responded in the most rude and dismissive way possible, saying, “Every table is good here.” It was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We were seated next to the window, but not actually by it, because there were still people finishing their meals. As we sat down and started looking at the menu, the couple sitting by the window got up, and the man paying his bill. I then asked the waiter if we could take that table, and he replied, once again, in the most condescending and irritated way, as if I was bothering him, "Ask the host." Honestly, he should’ve taken the initiative to ask her, but whatever, I got up to ask her directly. Her response? A nasty tone, saying that there were “window requests.” She acted like I was asking for something outrageous. I was never told about this policy when making the reservation, so I was livid. We stayed until around 7 pm and sure enough, another couple came in, saw the spot by the window had just opened up, and asked to be seated there. The host immediately moved them, no hesitation. And this was during peak hours, with the bar full! How is it that at 4 p.m., there are all these "window requests," but at 7 p.m., it's suddenly acceptable to make an exception for some people? This place has no consistency, no respect for its customers, and I’m never coming back.

   Loveeeeeeed this bar. The ambiance did it for me! Although it’s finger food, it was a delightful experience in itself. The drinks were so delicious as well. 5 stars! The views from the window seat AMAZING!!!!

   we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the efficient, courteous, professional service. tasty and delicious food, cocktails prepared with remarkable technique. definitely a positive experience and recommended

   Moderate price, excellent service and astonishing service. Would recommend every New Yorker or tourist to visit. My personal favourite of my trip to NYC!

    I went today for the high tea at the Nubeluz. You can’t beat the view of NYC, probably the best one I ever had in any restaurant! Seated by the (floor to ceiling ) window I could admire views as far as Statue of Liberty. As of the food is concerned : our trays were very well presented but in my opinion therefore a big un balance between sandwiches and sweets. Too much sweets and too much chocolates sweets and not enough sandwiches: plus they were way too small . For what we paid it wasn’t enough food and too much desserts to the point one doesn’t feel good and gets nausea; Proportions should be reversed and more sandwiches added. I tried several high end high teas in NYC and for example Plaza Hotel got right . But if you are going for the views you won’t find better place in whole NYC.
