    This place is great for the views and the drinks, but not so much the food. We had to wait about 35 minutes for our table to open up, even though we already had a reservation. Reservation was for 10:45 PM, we didn’t get seated until about 11:20 PM. We were a table of four, so people that had reservations at 11 PM got seated before us because they were a group of two. Desserts are very small. Everything is overpriced, but I guess they have to make their money somehow to pay for the views. Atmosphere was energetic even for a Sunday night. Great ambience, service was friendly. I wouldn’t come back.

    Rooftop bar was buzzy and the good was amazing - service too - but the lobby bar in the Ritz Carlton Nomad is not up to Ritz Standards and reflects poorly on Nubeluz. I was told to wait i the bar for a drink and wait for my guest to arrive before I could go to Nubeluz on the rooftop. I showed the hostess in the lobby exactly where I was sitting. I then waited over 15 minutes to order a drink - the lobby bar had one waitress to serve dozens of people. In the meantime, my guest went up to Nubeluz on the special elevator and the hostess never informed me. It was ridiculous. Once there - the food and ambiance fantastic - the oysters and the grilled cheese decadent --and so worth the wait...Jose A continues to impress and inspire....

    Gorgeous view and stunning service! I dont typically plan experiences like this often but I had to come for the view and tea! The food is pretty bite sized and a fixed course. You get a whole tea pot and they have a variety of yummy teas! Overall really great food with awesome presentation. It doesnt appear to be a lot of food but it was super filling! The service was genuinely exceptional- I felt royal lol. The final cherry on top was the view. Even on a super cloudy/rainy day it was stunning to look out over Manhattan!

    Amazing high tea experience. Savory bites were a excellent , too much sweet bites though. Even on a rainy day the view was amazing.

    Valentines cocktails after dinner downstairs. Great view of the city with a table at the window. Service was very attentive but the bar was slow. Didn't have any really superior bourbons for sipping so we got cocktails.

    Overall it was a nice experience. We could go with out the attitude from the wait staff. They need to be trained to have a little more customer service, it is just lacking a bit. I’m sure they are annoyed about people being amused with the beauty of the location, but they can thrive with that. Should smile more and make small talk, it won’t hurt.
