   Worst experience ever will never go back,  we were a group of 14 and they gave us the worst seats with the couch we could not move around. If one person need to use the bathroom 4-5 people had to get up and move

   I was greeted very strangely by the hostess. It took me about five tries to understand her question. "When are the other guests expected to arrive?" I did reservation and i was on time, so for what this question? Then she told me to come in and then she told me to wait and I stood in the middle of the hall not knowing where to go. Loud music, unpleasant to talk to.

   Hello, my friends and I enjoyed our dinner yesterday, although service was reallyyyyy slow. We requested for Octave for service since we enjoyed his service on our first experience at the restaurant. Ambiance was fantastic. We will definitely bring more friends to share the experience.

   We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated promptly, which set an initially positive tone. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. We waited for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any staff or even offered water. When I asked a busser if there were any servers available, he hurried to the kitchen without providing an answer. After an additional five minutes, six staff members emerged from the back, explaining that they had been in a meeting—astonishingly, this was during dinner service. This reflects a significant lapse in management and prioritization. We had to request water twice before it was finally served. While we did receive two out of the three bar drinks we ordered, I never received my second drink despite asking again. Frustrated, I decided to cut the evening short and requested the bill. On a positive note, the food was good, which offers a glimmer of hope for this establishment. However, the disorganization and lack of attentiveness significantly overshadowed the meal. I hope they can address these issues because the potential is there, but the execution left much to be desired.

    The food was not great. The servers did not know anything about the food. Everything tasted like hookah overpriced mediocre at best.  Huge miss terrible disappointment  I am of Middle Eastern descent, and I was extremely excited to try this restaurant .
